A second career Realtor coming from semi-conductor quality engineering, I am fully experienced with trend analysis and establishing the value of any residential property. Obtaining my real estate sales license in 2000 and changing careers to real estate brokerage in 2002 means I have seen the market rise to unprecedented heights in 2005 and fall into the Great Recession of 2009. One constant in real estate transfers is no two deals are the same. The properties are different, the parties are different and the agents are different. As a life long learner I have engaged with the board of Realtors as a Director on the Board of Directors and held many committee seats including a long term position on the Finance committee.
