During the house hunting process, her knowledge about the local communities made it extremely efficient. During the negotiation process, her well established relationships with the other agent improved the chance for my offer getting accepted. Buying a house is stressful and we were from out of state and moving to Illinois which made the stress even worse. Ellen took all of this away by keeping us up to date on new listings and answering all of our numerous questions at all hours of the day. I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with her!! She is very honest and not just looking for a quick sale. It was nice to have a realtor who actually cared about finding the perfect property for myself and my family. Ellen is willing to go the extra mile and she is a great negotiator!!!
