Christine Rashkow

Christine has been a Real Estate Broker since 2006 focusing on both Chicago and the North Shore areas. She has an extensive experience in all facets of real estate and is qualified to assist both buyers and sellers with single family homes, multi-units, condominiums, foreclosures and short sales. After building a home in Highland Park she learned the new construction process from start to finish. This experience has given her the ability to understand and guide potential buyers through the new construction process as well as understand the cost of rehabs and "mini face lifts" and with sellers before putting a property on the market to capitalize on the best price possible.
