They reduced our anxiety, explaining the whole process. The home sold within two days and they fully explained the contract. There were some difficulties with the buyer's financing and they kept us informed. Some repairs were required and they negotiated the lowest cost for us. They helped a great deal at the closing getting the process done when there was some confusion with the buyer. In conclusion, the home sold for more than I thought it would. I have already recommended them to family members who will be selling in the future and to all of our friends.
