Bianca Herrera is a California native with over two decades of Southern roots. In 2003, she started out as a Loan Processor for a small mortgage brokerage in Norcross. As part of the financial process she worked closely with real estate agents and home buyers alike. During this time she gained a valuable insight of the real estate industry and discovered a new-found passion. Hence in 2004, she obtained her GA real estate license and began her real estate career assisting home buyers and sellers with their most valuable assets. Now, with almost 20 years of experience, Bianca has established an excellent and long-standing rapport with her clients, not only by finding the ideal home to meet their specific lifestyle needs, but a home they will cherish for years to come.
