Ursula made it easy! Ursula Lowther worked with us as we prepared my grandfather's home for selling. She was patient with us as we cleaned it out, and held an Estate Sale. However, once we gave her the "go-ahead" she had already been working in the background and had a contract on the house within 1 week!! Not only that, but she negotiated a selling price several thousand dollars above our asking price, AND it was a cash sale!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!
