Coyeatta Lee

Nassau County, Florida, became home for Coyeatta Lee and her family in 2016 when they relocated after her husband completed his active-duty military service. With his family from the area and still living nearby, Nassau County was the perfect place to settle down and plant roots. Drawing from her diverse background as a homemaker, business consultant, and homeschooler, Coyeatta discovered her passion for real estate. Her unique experiences have shaped her ability to understand and support others in their home-buying and selling journeys. In 2022, Coyeatta joined the Iron Valley Real Estate of North Florida family and expanded her career by joining the Florida-Georgia Connection Team in 2024. She is committed to guiding her clients through every step of the real estate process. Active in the community, Coyeatta volunteers for Veteran causes and takes part in local Nassau County events, staying closely connected to the people and places she serves.
