Rachel & Bill Legg

I started in real estate in 2005. My husband Bill started in 2009 after working in new construction for many years. My background is advertising so I specialize in working with sellers to list and market homes so that they sell quickly. We also enjoy working with buyers to help them find the perfect home. The Tampa Bay area is an exciting place to live and work. We enjoy working with customers who are relocating with their jobs or who are drawn to the area for it's affordability, recreational activities and quality of life! Originally from northeast Ohio and we moved to Florida in 1995 by way of Raleigh, North Carolina where we lived for 3 years. For us, real estate is all about relationships getting to know our customers on a personal level. We strive to provide the best information and advice possible to help them achieve their goals whether buying or selling. It's how we've built our business from day one.
