They were an amazing working as a team. Jared listed our house which was a bit of a challenge in that we created a Florida food forest with over 120 tropical plants and trees in the middle of an otherwise barren, lawn sprawling neighborhood. Jared not only promoted this unique property to like-minded souls but had incredible patience. But this meant a delay in selling. Jared understood this and exhibited inordinate patience and support. The wait was worth it because he made sure we got a great price and, more importantly, found the perfect couple who love everything we did! Although he represents high end properties as well, he made us feel like our little homestead was worth a million. I would recommend Jared and his team to everyone!! :D :D
