There is a reason that Jim Todd was recommended as one of the top agents in the Sarasota area for selling houses, he is just that good.He had written offers for us within the first month. Later we had so many offers we had to actually choose which one we were going to go with. He brought the sale of the house in over what he said he could. He babysat me through many problems and made his self available day or night for the many issues that came up.He was patient with me when I didn't understand and walked me through the process being kind even when we didn't always agree.I highly recommend him.
