We could not have picked a better real estate professional. From the moment you meet with Christina she makes you feel at ease. Not only does she tell you the process, but she follows through with everything. Never at any moment did we have any reservations about the choice we made. We knew the sale would be difficult due to the high HOA fees in the community and it would take a particular buyer to be interested in it. Christina was able to secure a successful and happy closing!

Christina is never willing quit. Even after I had two "unheard of" issues (according to my loan officer), that happened on the day of my closing. Christina still got me closed. Couldn't recomend her more.

Christina is truly a professional. I bought a Condo in Florida sight unseen, except for pictures. Christina was my only eyes on the property. When I did see the property in person, I was not disappointed. She kept in touch during the sale process and after to make sure I was satisfied. She gave background on the neighborhood, knew the ins and outs of each place we looked at and went beyond helping us find inspectors, and recommended good local entrepneurs when we inquired.
