I was impressed how fast and intense Liz and Bob reacted to my request to list my property with them. They presented a detailed analysis of the property value vs neighboring properties and readily worked up all the paperwork required with clear instructions on completing it. They made themselves readily available for all requests, gave me reasonable advice on presentation of the property and responded fast with home viewings. I received many listings of condos to review so I would be knowledgeable if I decided to purchase a condo after I sold my home. Every action that was required during the process of the sale was made promptly and comprehensively presented.
