I am nearly a Florida native, having moved to Florida with my family in 1971 from Illinois. I am a proud Fort Myers High & University of Florida graduate, with a major in Real Estate & Urban Analysis. After 16 years in title insurance, I moved into the sales side of the business. I have been a Realtor/Broker for over 20 years, with designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), & Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist (ACCRS), & have been recognized as a Five Star Award winner for many years. I specialize in new home sales & resales in gated, waterfront, & golf course communities throughout SW Florida! Giving back to the community is of utmost importance. I have been a volunteer for the American Heart Association for many years, as well as a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
