We have been working with Jerry Workman for well over 6 months as we work through the process to transition from Western Massachusetts to a potential location in Florida in the Boca Raton area. Any time I have emailed Jerry with questions on a property that may interest me, he responds promptly and explains the details. There are many things that Florida living has that we are not accustomed to here in MA. Such as HOA fees for homes and membership deposits for locations built on golf courses or marinas. It can be very confusing; however, his explanations help us to decide what may be best for us when we are ready to make our decision.
