Todd helped my husband and I sell our condo in Norwalk. We were looking for a realtor that could make the process as easy as possible for us and our tenants. Todd assisted in the short sale of my late mother's house, which was fully underwater as the result of a matured reverse mortgage. Todd was indispensable in seeing this through, as it was necessary to work with government agencies that were not always available, and not overly supportive to the process. It was only due to Todd's perseverance that this sale was completed to the utmost satisfaction of all parties, thus avoiding foreclosure and its related challenges/issues. I would not for a moment hesitate to retain Todd for any real estate related transaction; he is fully knowledgeable, proactive, and the utmost professional in every respect. In absence of Todd, I highly doubt my transaction would have been successfully completed. It was a pleasure working with Todd on this sale.

My husband and I fell in love with a new home when we were not yet ready to sell our old home. Todd was the best advocate for us and helped us get from point A to point Z: negotiating a tricky Hubbard clause with difficult sellers so we could buy the new home contingent upon selling our previous home, reviewing comps on the new house so we didnt overpay, preparing our home to list and listing for an appropriate asking price which got us multiple offers within a few days, and closing both deals in a timely manner. Thanks to Todds help and expertise, we ended up accepting a full price offer on our old home and negotiated one month of rent-back so we could do necessary renovations on the new home prior to moving in. It really was a dream scenario and we are so grateful for Todds representation.

I came into the selling process with limited accurate price awareness, and a this house will sell easily mentality. From day one Todd was urging me to readjust as the market already was discounting.... at first I resisted but once I followed the lead and priced correctly we started to get real interest and a sale quickly followed.
