I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, and have my original cell phone number and email address. I belong to the Sutter –Yuba Association of Realtors and have access to MetroList. I was named Realtor of the Year in 2005 and served as board president in 2007. I have been to the California and National Association of Realtors’ conventions over the years and have served as a CAR Director also. I prepare and personally review all contracts, documents, reports, and disclosures. I help schedule and like to be present for all inspections. I attend signings at the title company. I am an experienced agent and I co-ordinate my own transactions. I will never ask you to pay an extra fee to pay someone to do what, after all, is my job. Agents call me to arrange showings; I also keep track of the electronic lock-box log, following up with agents who have shown the property. I am available by telephone, text, or email.
