Mike K. sold a home in San Jose

5 years ago- Pat is the Best full service realtor! I was floored when he came in to present a full end-to-end marketing plan on selling our house. It included a team suggesting quick as well as more involved improvements to make our house show/stage better (making us more money) and pricing recommendations to maximize interest. (Sold in less than 1 week!) We were able to do a simultaneous Buy/Sell on contingency (which I hear is very rare these days) including purchasing a larger house below list with inspection contingencies included. He was always responsive and available - the best service I've encountered from anyone. While I am a usual do-it-yourself web savvy person, using Pat is the one professional service where I won't take short cuts. It's too important to take chances on the biggest transactions of my life not have a Pro like Pat in my corner

David S. sold a home in Milpitas

I'm David Singleton. Following the passing of my wife, it was time to sell our home. So I asked my son for the name of a good real estate agent since he worked with hundreds of realtors in his job. He gave me the business card of Pat Kapowich. He said Pat was the only agent that did not "BS" his clients. It was apparent he was impressed with this agent. He told me all I had to do was to call Pat. Pat Kapowich was a straight-shooter from beginning to end. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. At that time, I just wanted to sell the home as-is and be done with it. Pat was adamant that he could help me pad my retirement nest-egg if he helped me get the home in selling condition. He was not kidding. Pat had over 330 people attend the broker tour and open houses. He also has the buyer's agent present their offer in person. We sold it $235,000 more than my as-is price with nine offers. If you need to sell your home, I highly recommend Pat Kapowich

E.a. B. sold a home in Sunnyvale

5 years ago- It is a pleasure to recommend Mr. Kapowich. I had my first opportunity to see his work when my childhood friend was selling her deceased parents home. At that time my grandparents lived across the street and I saw him repeatedly working side-by-side diligently with my friend to prepare the home for market. My friend was mourning the loss of her parents and just wanted to move on; however, Mr. Kapowichs patiently guided her through emptying and updating the house. His vision was the catalyst that eventually led to her selling the home for two hundred thousand more than she originally expected. Ten years later, he thoughtfully worked with the trustees of my grandmothers home to empty and prepare it for market. He worked tenaciously seven days a week and even brought in his own family members to assist in the process. I can proudly say that he was able to complete the sale and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other families.
