I met Denis at an open house and was impressed with his knowledge. We chatted from time to time and eventually ended up viewing many homes over a period of more than a year. Denis was always professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and punctual. Denis was the perfect balance between following up and keeping me informed, but not being pushy. When I finally came across my dream property just one just a day before offers were due Denis shifted into high gear getting everything together for the offer and presented. When initially it didn't appear it was going to go my way because of some of my offer terms (not offer price), he helped me change my offer terms to get it accepted and at the same time shave $25k from my initial offer price the seller had already received. He took time to explain every step of the process and make sure I was informed and aware of my options.
