As of Oct. 3rd,2019 I've become a first time homeowner and Michael Richards my first agent I'd spoken to. I was immediately impressed with his calm and confident demeanor and choose him with no hesitation. With Michael's expertise and diligence the whole process could not have gone smoother. Michael has become our Realtor for life! When my husband and I started looking for a house, we initially went with a realtor that was a friend of the family. To be honest we weren't vibing. He wanted to push his opinions on us and I wasn't having it. So we dropped him. The next day we happened to call a listing Michael had and just by talking to him on the phone for a few minutes, we knew we wanted him as our Realtor. We weren't quite sure what city we wanted to live in and we had specific criteria we needed in a home and he took that info and ran with it. He is available 24/7 and always ALWAYS has the best attitude even when we bugged him at all hours of the day. Needless to say he found us our dream home and is still working with us to find other properties, even out of state. Michael is knowledgeable and very honest. Goes above and beyond and will make you laugh and keeps it real. Can't thank him enough for making our home buying experience such a pleasant one

Michael really helped me out with my out of state move. After I left California he kept me well informed as to how things were progressing with the sell of my house. He also had several open houses and did a lot of great photos to promo my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who knows the Huntington Beach and Orange County area very well
