I was glad that we connected immediatelyfirst through email, then text/call, and then a cup of coffee in person. She set me up to receive emails of listings and we would connect for showings as our schedules permitted. She was always responsive & able to accommodate, despite her having other clients to work for. Our 2nd offer ended up ratifying and we closed on our house just a little over a week ago. It was a month-long process of contracts, repairs, inspections, etc. that we would not have gotten through without her. I was stressed out, had buyers remorse at times, which both are normal responses when youre making moves in uncharted territory, but Kim didnt waver. She kept me focused on the end result. We still have a few more weeks until she & my family get to walk through our home after the sellers vacate, but the toughest part (besides moving itself) is done. Kim handled the sale of my home in Rio Vista. I had taken a new job out of state and was constantly traveling back and forth between home and the new job. My wife was also six months pregnant at the time. Kim made herself available to help my wife with anything she needed while I was out of town.
