In 2004 my real estate career began in the mortgage business. From their I was able to learn the lending side of real estate. After 7 years of lending with some real estate transactions mixed in, the transition to focusing on selling real estate was much easier and smoother. With this insight, identifying what sellers need to do to prepare their homes for sale is easy. It also makes it far easier to identify what buyers need to do when making the largest purchase in their lives.
