My husband and I started the house hunting process a few months before our referral to Donna Hertel at Century 21 Select Real Estate. In those few months, we were dissatisfied with our previous realtor. After a discouraging chapter of time, Donna came to our rescue via the USAA network referral program. It was Donna's attention to detail, caring attitude and extreme devotion (working after hours and on holidays!) to our mini family that made us so extremely grateful for her and her services. We were relocating from out of state to the Sacramento area and were referred to Donna through my husband's employer relocation program. Once we met Donna, we immediately felt at ease and trusted her. She was on top of everything and answered every phone call and text in a timely manner. She was patient and kind in helping us through the process, which can be stressful at times. Donna was very friendly and professional from the beginning. She was always available when we needed to view homes or attend to home inspections.
