Dan and Dawn Eveland, I cannot say enough about how they were on top of everything when selling my home. They kept in contact with me constantly. How refreshing that was. They sold my home with their marketing plan that they went over with me in detail. I did not even think about some of the things they did to market and alert buyers to my home. Was an eye opener of all the ways they marketed my home. I will refer them to my friends that is for sure. I give them a A+.

Dan and Dawn exceeded our expectations once again. They helped us buy our home and we were so impressed with their attention to detail, that when it came time to sell it was easy to have them help us. It was a stressful time as me, my wife, and 2 girls had to move out of State. They stepped in and took care of everything. They had a vendor list so we did not even have to think abut anything. For example we called a painter to paint our home and he came the very next day and said he would have the job completed in less than a week. We asked him if he does work for Dan and Dawn in the past. He said yes and he knows the high level of service Dan and Dawn expect or I would not get the call. That was impressive! What a great experience once again!

I had a great experience when selling my home from long distance. I live in Southern California. I was set on a price that I knew was somewhat high but Dan and Dawn never hesitated to implement their full marketing plan, which I know they spend money from professional photography to their paid advertising. I really did not expect all the things they did to advertise my home. It took about a month to get an offer, but they just kept going even when I knew it was my price that was delaying getting offers. I will tell you most agents would have come back hounding me to reduce my price. Guess what, they got me an offer very close to what I was wanting and it was the highest sales price for my floor plan in the area. Great Job! They never gave up and a little secret that they did not know. I was about to call them to adjust my price lower than the offer we received. I am happy!
