Holly and Chris helped us seamlessly sell our house and buy our new dream home all within a few weeks! When we first met with them, we were impressed by their cutting-edge marketing strategies (i.e. captivating drone videos, personalized YouTube, etc.) and up-to-date knowledge of market trends. We were reluctant to believe they could deliver on all that they were hopeful to achieve and left us with very high expectations. Not only were they able to deliver, they exceeded our expectations on every front. Holly was incredibly responsive to all of my very frequent texts, narrowed in quickly to our style and what we were looking for in a new home, while simultaneously arranging numerous showings to well-qualified, interested buyers on the home we were trying to sell. Chris was very attentive to all of the contract details, keeping our best interest in mind at all times. Additionally, they worked beautifully together to ensure everything proceeded smoothly once under contract.
