Both entered commercial real estate, with Kate specializing in leasing and accounting in Toronto and Alberta, and Patrick in commercial financing in Toronto and development in Vancouver. They transitioned to residential real estate in Victoria, from 2015 to 2018, solidifying their partnership at The Agency in 2020. Kate resides in Fairfield with her husband Brett and children, Harris and Hazel, while Patrick lives in Rockland with his wife Natalie and son Riley.
