Caleb was great! I highly recommend him as a realtor, and he's a pretty nice guy, too. He's probably the only realtor I'd ever feel comfortable sending gifs and memes to, so that says something. But all joking aside, if you want a realtor that will help you make a smart, rational decision in the middle of the whirlwind of emotions, he's the best. He's responsive to texts and emails and makes you feel comfortable and at ease at all times. He makes sure to take the time to review all the documents and explain the weird legalize that crops up in these negotiations. If I ever buy or sell anything ever again in the Abbotsford area, I'd 100% see if he's available. I'm so glad my cousin recommended him to me!
