Those Callaways have done it again! They are so professional, gracious, knowledgeable and we absolutely love the team approach. They are with you every step of the way, always available to answer any questions. This is our fourth listing with them. We wouldn't even think about going to any other Realtor! We hired Those Callaways to sell our home and can't say enough good things about them. First, our home sold quickly and at full price (and at a price that was higher than we expected). They were so helpful before, during, and after the sale. We never felt any pressure about anything from Kelly, their listing person. And we drug our feet for five months after we met with her before we listed it. Tom and Joe during the sale were professional and made a bit of a wild ride more comfortable for us. We had many showings and several offers, and they were calm and helpful through it all. We really felt they were there to help us through the experience at our pace, as opposed to making us fit their process. Every step of the way, every person on their team...even the vendors they recommended...made the process easier on us. We've been seeing their signs in our neighborhood for more than 20 years. Now we know why.

I purchased my house in a peculiar way. I had to shop online and do facetime (or google duo if your familiar) tours. I was impressed with the level of information and accommodation that the entire staff gave me. I say the 'entire staff' because they kind of decentralize their service. So your agent finds properties and gives tours, your escrow person handles that stuff, and so on. This means that you have experts in each facet of your home purchase. Yes, they were experts, sharp shooter, or heck samurai master warriors of their area. It was extraordinary service and I am grateful for their effort and expertise. I highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Those Callaways without any reservation. We contacted them around April of 2018 for our possible move to the Scottsdale area from NJ. We were looking to rent before buying because of our unfamiliarly with the area. In the next four months leading up to our move, Brian kept us up to date with the rentals that matched our criteria. During the final weeks leading up to our move, Brian, Tom, and the team at Those Callaways were always reliable and proactively communicative. Their professionalism was even more appreciated as our rental plan took an unexpected turn due to a let down from another listing agency.
