Randy is an excellent realtor. Additionally, Samantha Diego is a wonderful administrator for Randy. Frequent communication is one of their greatest strengths. Additionally, Randy had a through knowledge of the market in the surrounding area. He led me through various negotiation options and repair options; some of which I hadn't even considered. The paperwork flowed seamless (title and escrow) because both were 'on top of their game' and understood the requirements. I would recommend and use their services again. As trustee of the estate they gave me peace of mind.
