Circumstances dictated that I sell 19 investment properties in Shreveport, LA. That's a lot of legwork for an agent. Laura Dean became very familiar with each and every property, worked with my property manager to access each, and did a great job recommending starting sales prices. Some went fast, others took more time, and she was proactive throughout the process, recommending price modifications when necessary. They all sold in a year and these were not the prettiest houses in the prettiest neighborhoods. There was back and forth negotiation between myself and prospective buyers on almost all of the properties. Laura definitely had my best interests at heart and I'm really thankful to have worked with her.

We originally were looking at a property to completely remodel and make our own. Laura Deans name was on the listing. When we spoke to her, she explained every bit of detail about the property. Ultimately, we decided to start looking at other homes with Laura. She was very knowledgeable with many of the legalities we did not know about. Laura was very patient, and allowed us to visit multiple areas all over the Shreveport/Bossier City area. She was very accommodating to our busy schedule, and our requests to view many different homes. At no point during the process did we ever feel rushed either. That was a huge bonus for us because the time and location as to where to buy was a very important one to make for us to have a final decision. Overall, Laura Dean satisfied all of our needs as to what we were expecting from a Realtor. We would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future.
