Pat Watkins

Pat is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and holds her Certificate Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. Pat, an Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR), is a specialist in relocating families in and out of the area. She has also earned her SRES certification, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and CMRS certification, a Certified Military Specialist. Past president of the Montgomery Service Club, and past president of the local chapter of CRS where she was the recipient of the Entrepreneur of the year award. As a former Ambassador for the Montgomery Chambers of Commerce, she strives to help Montgomery and the Tri Country area be a better area to live and work.
