COMPLETE TURNKEY SERVICE I was no longer able to work due to a medical condition. My mortgage holder was understanding to a point. Served foreclosure papers. I called William at Real 1 Realty. He fully explained all my options and recommended a short sale. He did everything, obtained approval from the bank, marketed the house, and closed in less than 6 months. I was not charged with a deficiency judgment from my lender. Real 1 Realty went above and beyond to shepherd me through this trying process. I do not have the words to express my satisfaction. We used William for the sale of a house in Hoffman Estates. We had him come in December to evaluate our home and advise what we might change to get the most for it. We had him list the house on March 3rd and by the 7th we had 6 offers on our home and all but one was for over listing price. Mr. William Squires is the most professional, caring, and honest RE agent I have ever encountered....and back in the day I was a RE agent so I've come across quite a few. We were at our wits end and going to just walk away from our house when I ran across a very positive review about Mr. Squires. I decided to try one more time to talk to someone about our options (previous attempts went nowhere) and called William. Highly recommend!!! I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I found this company on Google. Since I wanted to find a full-time realtor not a realtor that claims they work full time. I decided to call and see who picks up and who lets it go to voicemail. Real 1 Realty was one of 5 that I called that day. It was William that picked up on a Saturday morning at 9am. (The other 4 never returned my call after I left messages.) William was very professional and you can tell he was capable and experienced. Our situation had some complications and came with dilemmas because the estate was in Trust. He knew exactly what to do and throughout the process his advice was always precise and the right thing to do. My sister and I were so grateful we were in such capable hands. Our house sold quickly and we felt it was at the price point that the market held. Awesome company and I highly recommend them!!
