Originally from Illinois, Terry Herschberger earned his business degree from Goshen College in Indiana. He took his business degree and moved to Sarasota County, where he and his Father successfully owned and operated two offices and 52 agents at Biscay Realty. After selling his family's brokerage, Terry ultimately was led to continue his real estate career with the fastest growing real estate company in North America, Keller Williams. As a resident of Sarasota County for 37 years, Terry's experience and knowledge of the Southwest Florida real estate market are parallel to none.
