I loved working with Terra & Ann!

I purchased two separate vacant land parcels with the help of Terra Firma in 2019. Great people to work with and very helpful in getting things done and closed. I recommend them and would use them again.

I have known Terra for a long time so when I decided to find a home I didn't hesitate to have her as my realtor. I will admit that I was probably a hard head and she had other ideas for me but it all worked out and she got me into my beautiful condo. Terra was there for me every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone!

Terra was incredible to work with as first time home buyers. We had no clue what we were walking into when it came to buying a home and Terra walked us through every step of the way and we couldnt be more grateful for her. She was very responsive and knowledgeable in all of our questions - big or small, and was very accommodating to our schedule. Being in the process of purchasing a home during a global pandemic could have been far more stressful than it was had we not had Terra on our side. She was great at keeping our stress level at bay and the positivity continuously flowing. We firmly believe had Terra not been as knowledgeable in counter offer situations as she is, we would not be in our dream house. We are so grateful to have worked with her the past few months and know future clients will be just as pleased.
