I have enjoyed the past 23 years in the real estate, architecture and construction industry and can't imagine doing anything else. I represent Owners in the sale/purchase, design and/or construction of properties ranging from $100K - $100 million. I have a passion for understanding what type of space will meet a client's needs. I value the trust they place in me and warmly embrace the opportunity to guide them through the process of selling or finding a new home. While I happily serve clients who do not need my additional skills as a licensed architect + construction manager, all inherently trust and feel reassurance that my skill set is there should they need it. Other clients purposely seek me out because their land purchase or their luxury home sale/purchase can be best supported by a professional that has designed or managed the construction of multi-million dollar properties.
