We met Steve 7 years ago as first time buyers when my husband and I were buying our first home in San Francisco. He was incredibly patient as he walked us through the whole process - finding us the right inspectors, mortgage brokers, movers etc. to make the whole experience incredible. Fast forward to present, we were ready to buy our forever home with a lot more criteria and we were able to find the perfect home. In spite of the fact that we were buying a home during the pandemic, Steve was able to help us navigate the process beautifully. This time, the property was a lot bigger and needed a lot more inspections and expert opinions. Steve managed to get it all arranged in an incredibly timely fashion. We just moved into our new home 2 days ago and we could not be happier. I am incredibly grateful to Steve and would highly recommend him to anyone buying/selling properties in the Bay Area!

Over the past decade, Steve has helped us buy our first home, remodel our kitchen, buy a second home and sell our first home. Steve is the hardest working real estate agent I have met. I was able to leave my home to him knowing it was in good hands. Steve is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive and an excellent interior designer/stager. Our home was on the market and under contract within a week and sold for over ask. All of our expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend Steve.

I would give Steven 10 stars if I could. He really went way above and beyond to sell my home and I highly recommend him to get the absolutely best price for your house in San Francisco. The staging truly was outstanding and showed the house in its best possible light. It was also unique and not the usual vanilla staging everyone else does. My house was very small but he found creative ways to present the space with bonus areas included so that a buyer looking at the listing would want to come and see it. The Open Houses were mobbed with buyers. Stevens negotiating skills are masterful and at the same time his emails to buyers and their agents were respectful. We had 18 offers and I got a price much highest than I thought I would get and can honestly say that Steven was responsible for the amazing results. I can enthusiastically recommend him and know that he gives 110% to his work and also clearly loves his work, and outstanding at what he does. He is also a very nice person :)

See sold our family home of 30 years. His team handled everything, including moving me to my new home! We sold it a break neck speed and although we were worried that a simultaneous closing might leave us with financial liabilities, Steve's contacts and vendors handled everything. Steve completely overhauled our childhood home and created am amazing photography and video campaign that lead to multiple offers on the property. He was instrumental in getting this to the finish line. He came highly recommended by a family member who's home he sold in Pacifica!
