Sharleen made our home buying and selling process so much less stressful than I imagined it would be (and during COVID and while 7+ months pregnant at that). She is someone you definitely want in your corner and will fight for her clients if needed. She is also super responsive to any calls/texts/ or emails. Sharleen was also able to give us recommendations/opinions based on her experience in the field and I found that to be extremely helpful. Our home had multiple over asking offers within a few hours of being on the market and we had a great experience with Sharleen on the buying side of things as well. She worked really hard to get this all done in a matter of months (which was important to us since I delivered our son just 2 weeks after settlement!).
