If it weren't for Blanca, I wouldn't have gotten my first home. There were some problems with the association not being truthful about the price of the monthly dues and because of that, my original bank approval was denied. Blanca went into full mother bear mode and demanded that they sell the home to me for way under the asking price. And they did! I couldn't have been luckier to find her.
