Roger is an outstanding and honest realtor. I lived in another state and only had my phone to work with while trying to navigate a purchase through 2020's early COVID-19 crisis. Roger accommodated all my requests, took me on tours of properties and answered myriad questions. He even spoke with my son several times as I didn't have internet access at home. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about real estate law. When a property that met my requirements came on the market, he advised me to quickly make an offer because those kind of properties don't last long. With people basically buying properties over the internet, sight unseen, he was right. He even put me in contact with a reputable mortgage agency that helped me promptly secure a loan. He even ran interference with the seller's realtor, who was less than cooperative. Roger was amazing from the initial property search to signing mortgage paperwork.
