Ann W. sold a home in Laguna Woods

Robert sold my house during COVID. Laguna Woods did not allow Open Houses or walk by showings. Robert did a first rate video, 3D tour, and photos. He put this all in a single property website for us, and got us high Zillow ratings. He is a master at this technology stuff. The house sold for over asking in only a week. Other agents told me they do not do video for houses under 500K, but Robert gave me his all. Why would you consider anyone else???

Robert sold my mother's house in Laguna Woods. Laguna Woods is not easy with their HOA process, but Robert is a pro in that communtiy. He handled all the Red Tape, and saved us thousands in work other agents said we needed, but Robert knew the rules! He negotiated a great outcome to save us a lot of grief and trouble. I would recommend him to anyone think of Selling in Laguna Woods.
