Skip just completed the sale of my lovely home in Spring Creek Oaks. We had a few issues to get thru, but honestly i could not have gotten thru this without him. His knowledge of what it takes to sell and the contacts he has to help me obtain items i needed in a hurry was a true blessing. There were times I could not get there in time to get some things done or put a battery in my ac control, he would go do it for me as I was an absentee woman owner. SKIP You are A God Send. He took the care to visit our house after Hurricane Irma as soon as the water receded, helped me organize vendors for repairs, and even took care of hiring a lawn service to keep the grass at HOA approved length; something that had slipped my mind once the tenant moved out.
