Randy was highly recommended by good friends of ours. We felt very confident that we were in good hands as he demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Sedona housing market. December 10, 2018 Randy was excellent as our agent in buying our home. We were moving from NY to Sedona and really needed an agent that was dependable and available. Randy always answered our emails/texts/phone messages promptly. There was never any question about his wanting to make sure we found a home that we loved. The people that he works with to complete the sale were also top notch; the title company and home inspector. Randy is a very good listener and was in tune to what we wanted and needed in a home here. That was very important to us in moving across the country. Randy did a stand up job! I live out of state, so this process took a little extra trust and all turned out well. He recommended a handyman to help me complete a repair list after getting a pre-inspection. He made sure the home was in the best condition possible before photos were taken. His price suggestion was right on the money. I did not receive any low-ball offers and it sold in less than a month which was my goal. September 6, 2019 Randy Crewse was our agent to list and sell our vacant lot in Sedona. Within three weeks of listing our lot on MLS, the lot sold for the full asking price. Randy was very professional and efficient in guiding us through the whole process. This was important because we live in Missouri. Randy made sure all the required forms were completed in time so that there were no delays. November 11, 2019 I first met Randy in Sedona on a chilly afternoon over a cup of coffee. Id been receiving his mailers for some time, and as my wife and I had decided it was time to sell our residential lot, I wanted to see how we would get along. Well, we got along great, and I was put at ease by his knowledge of Sedona, of Arizona and of the local market. What I especially liked was his frankness about the particular elements of the Sedona market, and of all the factors that needed to be considered going forward. When we decided to pull the trigger on selling, his easy and professional manner left room for us to do things at our own pace.
