We have bought and sold several times in different states and Phobie is the best realtor we have ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Phobie even contacted us after our closing to make sure our transition into our new home was going smoothly. We will absolutely use her again if we sell and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Phobie works for awhile with us during this crazy market. Not being first time homebuyers, we were also being super picky. She looked past that and showed us anything that came up within our main requirements, kept in touch and up-to-date on any schedule she may have had, and was always nice, curtious, and kind. She's the only realtor we dealt with here in Clovis and I can't really compare her to others, but to us she's the best and help us so much.
