Philip Chiles

Philip Chiles was born and raised in Springfield, IL. He is a USMC Vietnam Veteran Phil graduated from Lincoln Land Community College and the University of Illinois Springfield. He attained his Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary in 1989. Phil's life has been one of serving others. He served his country as a Marine; he served the underserved in Africa as a missionary; he served as a church pastor. Phil has been an active participant in Habitat for Humanity and has served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. He has also served his profession, as President of the Capital Area Realtors in 2007 and as President of the Illinois Realtors in 2014. Phil has been an active Realtor since 2000. He is licensed in Illinois, Georgia and Florida. Phil prides himself on his outstanding service to his clients. He is an expert in real estate, he is extremely knowledgeable about the Springfield area and his goal is to make the buying and selling process easy and smooth for his clients.
