Peggy was helpful with her suggestions on what needed to be done to prepare the house for sale. Equally important, she suggested things that would be nice to do and things that were not necessary to do. Peggy was very thorough in explaining the "fine print" in the contract, making it easy it easy to navigate and understand. She priced the house fairly. Her formula worked as the house got 4 offers within a few days and closed a month later at a price slightly higher than the asking price. She is kind, honest and sweet but knowledgeable & professional at the same time. That's a combination that is hard to beat. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an active agent who is trustworthy and efficient.
