To say I am satisfied with the service you provided as a real estate agent is grossly understated. You provided a service that exceeded any expectation a seller might have. You showed professionalism, compassion and most of all patience all throughout this challenging undertaking. No other realtor would have touched this sale with all the personal issues besides the condition of the home. You started by locating the deed, which was a mystery as to its location for years. You testified in court, which was way beyond your job description, and you managed to avoid upsetting either side of the very sensitive selling parties. Even though we had several offers that fell through, you continued without showing discouragement and maintained a cheerful presence whenever we communicated. All kidding aside, from our initial informal consult to the final closing, Patti has been a marvel every step of the way. I would just like to say even though Patti was not our realtor I would highly recommend her for buying or selling your home. When we bought our new home the sellers movers accidently broke the water valve the for the washer and 20 gallons of water spilled out onto the carpet she immediately called all the right people in order to get it all cleaned up as quickly as possible so we could move in. She gave us daily updates on the progress and how long it would take, and on top of that they also accidently broke the gate latch in the back she even went the extra mile and fixed it for us! In short, you made it an extremely easy process when it could have been hard to do remotely. You did a great job of setting up the viewings - which was really happy to see back-to-back. You were ultra-responsive throughout the process. You did an awesome job of engaging and facilitating the inspections and going well beyond expectations with delivering keys, etc. The closing process was great with DocuSign. Really appreciate all that hard work. I haven't yet seen the present you gave me - but heard it was really nice, and thanks a lot for that.
