The Patrick King team was wonderful as my husband and I bought our first home. Patrick met us at the start of the process and walked us through everything we would need to know and expect. They were always available to answer any questions we had and worked hard to help us get the home we wanted. It got a little frustrating at times when houses we wanted to check out were sold within a few days but the team never quit working hard for us and we got a house we are excited to call our new home. Patrick really takes the time to educate you so that you are better able to understand the ins and outs of the buying a home process. He goes over everything in your first meeting which is great so you know before hand if it is something you can do. I know I knew absolutely nothing about buying so I didnt want to waste anyone's time if it wasnt something I was going to be able to do. The whole team is there for you every step of the way it didnt matter what time of day it was and never once did the team make me feel as though I was a bother. Every person at Realty Kings Properties genuinely cares not like most realtors who just want to sell for the money. I highly reccomend!! Thank you for everything!

Patrick and his team were wonderful! It was my first time buying a home and they did a great job at informing me of all the steps and things to watch out for.
