Pam is a pro! She was always quick to respond, intelligent in suggestions and advice and knows the market well. We sold for over asking price on our first weekend of listing and closed with more $$ in our pocket than if we had gone with other realtors who had suggested lower listing prices. Pam worked with me to find a house that met all of my needs. She helped ease my worries when they arose, she answered many questions, she took my phone calls whenever I needed something and she recommended a fantastic home inspector. Pam is an amazing realtor. I was selling my father's home in an area I knew nothing about, but with Pam I found the skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets that I needed. Pam knew how to market the house, with beautiful pictures and staging. Within a couple of weeks the house sold, but there were buyer financing hiccups that had nothing to do with Pam, and she quickly put the house back on the market and it sold within a couple of weeks. Pam knew exactly what to do and at no point in this stressful process did her dedication to selling the property waiver. Pam remained calm and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and in turn I stayed positive through the entire process - right down to helping get the heat turned on nearly in the middle of the night!
