Oscar Hernandez is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a Most Referred Real Estate Agent.
Being a native has given Oscar knowledge of many of Houstons diverse communities and coupled with his background in the financial markets made him a natural for the world of real estate.
He earned a dual BA degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University in the early 1990s. Working with money on Wall Street and living in Houston, a town known for its real estate, soon Oscar became a licensed Realtor. Oscar believes delivering honest, dedicated and professional service is the basis for establishing trust and building long-term client relationships.
Oscar is an active supporter of community development endeavors. He recently served on the board for the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston (MOCAH), is a volunteer with the Urban Business Initiative (UBI) and Habitat for Humanity, and is an alumni interviewer and student mentor for his alma mater.
