Noel sold our almost 100 year old home in a very small town within 2 days! He is great at giving very honest advice. We listened and sold our home quickly and got really close to our asking price.

Noel is great to work with. He listens to what you are looking for, is very knowledgeable about the market, what to look for in a house, is willing to share both the positives and negatives about a house. He is very easy to get a hold of and a great guy to work with. This is the second time we have bought and sold houses with Noel and we will use him again if we ever need another one. I highly recommend his services to my friends and family, all the time.

Noel helped with both the purchase of a new home and sale of an existing home. He always had knowledgeable and appropriate advice throughout the buying and selling process and was able to guide us smoothly through a few unexpected complications during the sale of our existing home. Noel also had outside contacts with contractors and bankers necessary to the process and his suggestion of banker was very helpful with obtaining financing.
