I have in the past worked with other brokers none compare to niki she as i told her was the best we looked at a lot of houses and she was always accommodating she knew just what we were looking for and always helped i recommend her to everyone i talk to she made looking at houses fun and if i ever sell my house and want to buy another i would definitely pick niki as i said before she is the best and i am so happy my friend told me about niki Niki even answered my questions when she was on vacation that i thought was above and beyond what she needed to do again she was the best We got to closing and my bank gave me the wrong amount to bring niki was going to pay it for me thought that was great she is awesome Fun amazing great time

Nikki Free was extremely patient with us. Our search for a home lasted over four years, and Nikki worked with us for 2.5 of those years. She maintained a good balance of not pushing us, but still checking in from time to time. Nikki understood that we were very particular regarding certain aspects of the home we wanted, and did not push us into homes that met most of our criteria, but just didn't feel "right". Nikki was not hesitant to take us to properties that were some distance away, as our search area was fairly wide. Nikki was also very quick to reply to any inquiries and in getting us in to see prospective properties. We will definitely recommend Nikki to anyone looking for realtor services in the future.

Nikki was great about educating on the aspects of different houses such as different types of foundations and what to expect. She was also very informative on what to expect from the locations of each house/condo we looked at. As a first time homebuyer, I appreciated this. She was very patient while I learned what I liked and disliked in different homes. She wanted me to be happy with my home purchase and was willing to take me to see as many homes as I needed to.
